Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The product must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals included.
  2. The laptop must not have been damaged, altered, or tampered with in any way.
  3. The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery. Returns made after 30 days will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and details about the condition of the laptop.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the product.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us safely.
  • If your return is approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned laptop.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Exchanges for a different product are allowed. You will need to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement laptop.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product shipped).

Defective or Damaged Laptops

If your laptop is damaged or defective upon arrival, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately with details and photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, based on your preference.

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened software or electronic downloads.
  • Products that have been used or personalized.
